We have a small machine shop capable of extreme precision work. Our equipment includes
- A Sunnen Hone, capable of holding 0.0001 tolerance on inside diameters.
- A Harig grinder capable of holding .0001 tolerance on outside diameters.
- A Small Hole EDM capable of drilling holes down to 0.007″ diameter.
- A CNC lathe, for small parts.
- A CNC 4 axis Mill, for small parts.
Tighter tolerances may be able to be held if necessary — ask us.
